As of 20 minutes ago I am getting an error message when trying to log into scoutbook - very frustrating as our troop meeting is about to start.
Here is the error message I am receiving:
NO Scoutbook Plus ACCESS
It looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus.Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have access to Scoutbook Plus.
I am both a parent and a key 3 member (scoutmaster) so this error message does not make any sense. Is there a phone number that can be called for quick support? We have several scouts that wanted to review their advancement at tonight’s meeting and I was only able to pull together the reports for one of them before the site went down.
