I approved a youth application correctly for the youth in the application manager on my.scouting.org but his father is showing up in Scoutbook as the youth. His father did not register as an adult leader/volunteer. The youth himself is not showing up in Scoutbook. Who can help correct this?
This is a known issue that councils have received instructions to correct. Contact your council registrar.

It’s usually on your council website. If not, your DE should be able to connect you with them.

You should be able to just call your Council’s main phone number and ask to speak with a registrar.
