Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
@EdNuckols, as further detail, I understand from discussions on these forums that all four modules of the mandatory YPT have to be completed in a 60-day window in order for them to count. That is, the last module finished has to be within 60 days or less of the first one finished, or else you have to retake whichever modules have “aged-out” of that 60day window. That’s how Donovan was able to identify the SCO_3008 as being “too long ago”, since it was more than 60 days prior to the SCO_3011 exam completion.
I am having the same issue. After completing all 4 modules and the “YPT Certification Test v2”, the other 3 modules reset to 0% and I did not get a certificate.
I took all 4 modules back in May last year and never got a certificate. So I was thinking there was something wrong with my account. I just got the certificate this time. Thank you
@DonovanMcNeil I apologize for the late reply. I retook the 3008 Module as you specified in the first email and had my cert within the hour. I was just unaware that there was a 60-day lifetime for courses taken, but not modules completed. Your answer helped me to understand this, and I finished renewing successfully. Thank you for your help.
