YPT completed but not showing as complete

I have adult who has completed this at least 2 times and it is still not showing up as complete when I am running a trained leader report. They have completed before and both times stepped through the whole class and that is showing in the trained report.

Post the individual’s BSA Member ID (no names). We can check the DB for what was completed. The most common reason Y01 is not marked complete is missing modules. All 4, SCO_3008, 3009, 3010 and 3011 (the test) must be completed within 60 days of each other for Y01 (YPT) to show complete.
