One of our leaders has reportedly completed YPT training but did not receive a certificate and it is currently blocking our unit recharter. His BSA ID is #13610867.
The YPT report also shows that he has completed the following courses: Bullying, Overview and Policies, Sexual Abuse, YPT Certification Test. It is unclear to us how to resolve this.
