I updated my YPT training via my.scouting.org last week. I got the certificate via email and the training reflected properly in MyScouting in short order. All apparently good.
I am a member of two councils. My primary council membership was active when I took the training. I got an email today that my YPT is expired in the other council. I switch profiles in MyScouting and see that expiration. In the past, YPT updates would propagate to all memberships. Is that something you can fix?
Membership IDs:
14356515 - active when updating the training on 2025-05-09; shows current
137219969 - other council ID, shows old YPT date
@Scott_Hall Training never synced on its own - all training merged to the Member # set to Primary in Manage Member ID - that can take up to 24 hours - so set the other as primary and leave it for a while to let it sync
That process worked for me. I noticed that the date I last took it was correct but the expiration date was “Never”. I left the other council active and the expiration date updated correctly. Now both councils are showing good dates on all screens. Thank you!
