I completed the ypt course and it is not appearing as having been completed. It still shows thatbit was expired. Screen shot showing I just completed it in the system.
@EdwardDiller Did you just retake all 4 modules? Sometimes you have to give the system up to 24 hours before you see credit for Y01.
Yes but it is the secind time I habe retaken the course. It keeps showing as being completed on the screen but when i print the certificate it shows the expired date.
Im doing the course via a mobile device if that makes a difference.
It looks like it has updated to me now.
Thank you. It has been. While I have someone. Im submitting our units charter. And one of the adults has two bsa id numbers one shows ypt is expired other shows it is updated but the expired one is the one on our charter. Is there a way for me to merge them or is that something only that adult can do?
@EdwardDiller If you post the BSA member numbers here, we can take a look.
(No names, please)
Number on our charter 134182488
Number of current ypt 13272985
Thank you very much for the help
@EdwardDiller I have used Manage Member ID to put all of her BSA member ID numbers under her username. It might take up to 24 hours for her training to get copied onto her primary BSA member number with her adult leader registration:
134182488
That is great. Thank you very much for all the help. Have a great night!
@EdwardDiller Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children. In the Relationships tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under her primary BSA member ID number 134182488. They should remove her if she is listed as parent under any other BSA numbers. Otherwise, her BSA member numbers might get switched around when your Recharter gets posted, and this could result in the creation of a duplicate Scoutbook account.
@EdwardDiller Be sure to log in into my.scouting.org before taking the training. I managed to complete the training as a guest and it was not recorded under my name. I had to re-take the course but did this AFTER I logged in into the system.
