YPT Training Not Updating (No New Certificate)

Hi! I have a leader who retook YPT on 11/28/23- the new date is reflected on the training page itself, but not on the certificate or main summary training page. He confirmed that he took all 3 modules and the test on that day. I originally asked him to wait the typical 24hrs when it didn’t immediately populate, but now we’re almost a week out. Can anyone please help?

The did the Extra YPT - not the one that CLEARLY says Mandatory YPT

Huh- thank you so much for checking. He stated that he clicked on the “Retake YPT” link on that main page, so not sure what happened. I’ll let him know- I appreciate you catching that (I should have checked that first too…)

The easiest way is from the home page at my.Scouting.

Just click on the picture that says: “Click logo to take Youth Protection in English or Spanish”, and it should take you right to the YPT course.

Thanks @JenniferOlinger ! I’ll recommend that since he went down a non-mandatory path the first time.
