YPT training record update

I’m the training chair for a Troop (in this case).
I have a member (BSA ID 12757193), who completed the mandatory YPT training under that same ID.
I do have screenshots showing the completion date 9/26/2022 for the overall training and each individual module.

However, no certificate has been issues and in my.scouting.org, the expiration date has not been updated.

The current certificate is due to expire on 10/16/2022.

Why is his record not updated?

The only thing he retook on the 26th is the certification test.

@NicolasRietsch - they need to take all of the module’s not just the test.
