Question regarding the Liabilities section on the unit payment logs. I have two scouts that we had a liability on (we owed them funds from fundraisers that they could use for scout activities) but they have now left the pack and were deleted from our Pack Roster before I could process that liability. Now I have $111 in liabilities but they don’t tie to any scout since the appropriate scout is now moved on to a different troop. Any idea how I can clear out the liabilities?
@SarahPereira - you want to go to Unit Payment logs then search transactions then in the registration type you want past members then search. That will list out the past members to edit. Once you are in the member log page you want to click on all transactions if nothing is listed for the last 365 days
