@ChauYuet_chu Part of the issue might be that he has 2 usernames at my.scouting. They are almost identical, except one has the letter “N” at the end.
I would recommend having this user work directly with your local council. The council should be able to merge the usernames. If needed, the council can also submit a help ticket to National to help with the position-trained issue.
