2 profiles and 1 is linked to an incorrect email causing issues

I had 1 profile set up and everything worked great, I am a Den leader and had all den leader privileges. Then last year I was reregistered and an incorrect email was put in for me on a second account and all my privileges disappeared. I can’t recover the incorrect email address account and don’t know the password to try and change it. I need assistance in getting this sorted out.

If you post your BSA ID number, the folks from SUAC may be able to assist.

Your BSA ID is available either from your my.scouting.org profile or from your profile in Scoutbook, assuming it’s linked to the account which you can access.
