I take that back, I was looking at the wrong screen. There still is a connection issue though.

Go to your roster, click on your name then your Ship Admin position. Click Update without making any changes. This should hopefully update the connections.

Well it will connect the Scout to you - then you can establish other Connections as needed

@EdgarCantillo I have requested a position sync. The Scouts should be back on your roster within 24 hours.

You will probably need to double-check their leadership positions after they are back.

I also have a Cub Scout, MID# 141220941, that appears in myScouting, but not in SB+. His parents accidentally registered him as new, but his old and new MIDs should be linked. Can someone check to see if he needs to be resynced? Thank you!

I need assistance with ID 14640514 disappeared from Scoutbook but is in my.scouting. Also possible that it’s because my Pack Admin position was ended unexpectedly (DateEnded set by AkelaSBDeltaSync as Expired with Lapse). But I don’t see why I wouldn’t at least see the scout being Cubmaster. If that’s it, my ID is 13953050 if you can undo the change. Thanks for the help.

For an unknown reason the Scout was removed on 4/1/25. I have reported this to the developers and asked for the Scout to be synced back to Scoutbook.

The fastest way to get your Admin role back is for another Admin to restore it, otherwise you can wait for the developers to fix the Admin issue and restore all that were removed by mistake.

@AliciaDiPietrantonio You will want to check the Scout’s leadership positions in Scoutbook (legacy). They might need to have the end date removed. You might also need to reapprove the leadership positions.
