@ShannonCampbell - if an adult drops off of the roster at my.scouting it is usually due to expired YPT.

MID 9979363’s registration with Troop 665G and Pack 665 expired 12/31/24. He is only registered with Troop 665B. Contact your Council for assistance.

Can you check mine and my Sons accounts as well. We are both Multiple and only our Primary unit was removed. I am the SM so this is causing issues.
I see on my membership the message (DateEnded set by AkelaSBDeltaSync as Expired with Lapse) I did renew prior to 12/31/2024 and like I said other I have access to my other units just not primary.

Is it because the membership has expired On 04/01 /2025, the troop needs to renew it ? And will be back to scout book after that ? Thank you .

@HuinaZhou The registration is expired and is outside of the grace period. We have been directed to refer all registration issues to the unit or local council.

I have a cub scout appearing on my.scouting roster but not on scoutbook. Council said there is nothing they can do from their end.

They are still showing, but I am concerned as my entire unit (including me) are showing with the little yellow warning icon that says they are not on the official unit roster. They/we are fine everywhere else.

@TamaCimino Check the unit Roster at my.Scouting. Unit Key 3 and Key 3 Delegates should have access to it.
