2 scouts not on scoutbook plus roster

2 scouts are multiple registered, different councils and they no longer show on our scoutbook plus roster. Also can’t connect Dad to them (They are also my children, so I know for sure we should be the primary registration.)

Scout 1: mem id 136686501, previous 137226330

Scout 2: mem id 136686480, previous 137221250

Narragansett should be the primary, NOT Mayflower. Scouts will not renew with the secondary troop, but I don’t want to change anything for fear it will make the situation worse. What do I do?

@RoriMacKinnon This should be fixed, although you might need to wait for the overnight sync to run.

Both of them have leadership positions that need to be marked as position approved by a leader.

My daughter is not showing up in our Pack. she was multiplied with scout reach, but she was primary in our Pack and now she is not showing up in either… I’m the cubmaster for both and I can’t find her. (removed by moderator)

I see her in Pack 4092 with a start date of today. This is the only pack where she is registered. I can’t say why she was removed from the pack on 11/1/25 as her registration is valid through the end of the year.

To place her in a den, make sure you use Edit Den on the roster page of Scoutbook Plus.
