2016-year data was closed July 31, 2022, but I still have data to post for advancement records from Tenderfoot to life to make Scouts record complete even though Scoutbook says he has completed all and scoutbook says he has not started. I need 2016 opened up so i can post all dated to make his record complete.
@EdwardSmith2- all scouts must be on the new requirements. The prior requirements will not be re-opened
As of January 1, 2023, ALL Scouts were requried to switch to the 2022 version of Scout, Tenderfoot, Second Class and First Class. There was no grandfthering to use the previous verison of ranks. That doesn’t help or answer my question I have. I just need a way to post the dates of completion that have already been made to update the scouts records.
@EdwardSmith2- the 2016 rank version can not be used. Mark the final complete on the new version
Are you saying you have ranks that were not marked complete prior to January 1, 2023? If so, just mark the current version of the rank complete and do not worry about individual requirements.
If you are saying you have Scouts that were on 2016 after January 1, 2023, you MUST use the 2022 requirements for those ranks. There is no grandfather clause to allow Scouts to continue to use the 2016 version of ranks past January 1, 2023.

dates for requirements and then I have to change the date for final completion
for example his current completion date is 7/29/21 for tenderfoot. for item 6b date is 4/22/21 and 6c date is also 4/22/21.
second class 11/29/21, 6C, D, E, 11/15/21, 7A, B.C. 11/15/21 This goes on like this with the dates
You should be able to enter dates from 2021 but requirement dates are not needed once the rank is complete.
Scouting America IT is not going to expect resources to allow dates to be entered into old ranks if the system is no allowing it today. If I were to ask them to work on this they would reject the request because there are much higher priority issues to be worked on and Scoutbook Plus does not require individual requirement dates.

@EdwardSmith2 - what do you mean by none of the topics help. We are telling you how to get past a lack of data entry for four years on requirements that were ended 3 years ago.
