2026 vs. prior requirements

I have a scout (135342838) who was working on Moviemaking MB and the progress has been recorded in SB Plus for the prior version of the MB. With the updates to 2026, I cannot see his progress for the prior version (note that this only for this badge; the others MBs in-progress seem ok). Only the 2026 version is visible with no progress recorded. I had selected the drop-down to compare the two versions, but the system locked the record into the 2026 version.

Are you able to set his Moviemaking MB back to the prior version in SB Plus and reinstate the approved requirements and notes?

Version can be changed at the top

I tried that approach prior to opening the ticket. The only version that is visible is the 2026 version.

You can also change the version year in Scoutbook (legacy) by going to:

1. [Scout]'s Merit Badges
2. Click on the name of the merit badge [Moviemaking[
3. Click on “For Requirements Entry by Merit Badge Counselors, click here.”
4. Then change the version year by clicking on the tab.

Thanks for the work-around. Changing the version in Legacy SB, then refreshing in SB Plus worked.
