2nd Parent Relationships failed

2nd parent connections says “Please click here to confirm” then goes to:

“NO SCOUTBOOK PLUS ACCESS It looks like you don’t have the right Scouting role to access Scoutbook Plus. Only Youth, Parents, Key 3, Key 3 delegate & Unit Advancement Chair roles have access to Scoutbook Plus. What would you like to do next? Take me to: Scoutbook OR My.scouting.”

She is the mother/parent and has a MID so not sure why she doesn’t have access. I was only able to find one MID for the mother.

mother/parent 141730498 not connected to scout 141697607.

I have been in conversation with the father 129653057 and both parents have been trying to resolve this issue.

yes and when she clicked the link it said “No Scoutbook Plus Access” which doesn’t make sense because she has a MID?
