This is pre-answered quite possibly, just sharing to help others that might run into it.
Yesterday, I helped a unit and they were getting a 400 error during recharter payment using credit card. It seems the root of the issue may have been that the card was getting declined and BSA isn’t handling/propagating that error well. So if you’re getting a 400 error during that step using credit card, make sure the credit card is activated and the transaction is not over the credit card’s limit.
