I have parent with 2 accounts. Their primary account is
BSA ID 140517883
there second account is:
BSA ID 141639214
The primary account needs to be attached to both scouts which are:
Scout BSA ID 140506801
Scout BSA ID 141639216

@DarrenFerlazzo - there is no merging Member IDs - the user can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > as long as the info is the same then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY. If it fails SUAC can help as all the personal Info has to match. Another complication with this is the Parent relationship for registrations with is tied to Member ID - it is best to ask Council to also check that.
Also parent relationships in AKELA are controlled by councils - not managing MIDs
Are there multiple SB Users for the parent? we can help with that.
The parent has 2 scouts in my unit. The parent just registered their second kid and it created a second BSA ID for the parent, so now the parent has 2 BSA IDs. Can everything be linked to 1 BSA ID for both scouts please.
@DarrenFerlazzo I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.
@DarrenFerlazzo it is already as clean as we can make it - Council can fix Relationships - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number that they can log into
