Somehow I mistakenly dropped an active cub from our roster. I have his name & birthday but how do I find his BSA number to add him back to our roster? I tried adding him back in without the BSA number but that obviously didn’t work as it didn’t pull in his scout record.
look under My Account > My Connections - you still might be connected to Scout @DennisHellon
or you can get BSA# from roster at my.scouting.org
I just tried those two methods and the first method gave me an account I mistakenly created in the past hour for the scout but has no connections or history for his scout. The second method through My.scouting.org using a BSA number I suspect came from my mistaken attempt shows “member not found, we were not able to retrieve information from the memberid”.
Any suggestions?
