City is wrong. That is the Council HQ, not the city of the Counselor. (Edit, i see this has been reported) (this is on mobile and desktop)
SYT on Mobile. The person (me) listed above doesn’t have SYT expire for a little over a month. I have taken the current SYT course and it expires on 5/31/2026. The “X” shown would intuitively mean expired. On desktop, this shows as “!” In a triangle, with a mouse over that shows approximate expiration.
Mobile only. I cannot assign youth to a MBC via mobile. It works on Desktop. On mobile, i dont have the “Actions” button
There is a pencil icon on mobile. This appears to take me to a screen to add/delete Merit Bages from a counselor.
@JasonKracht - i dont follow. On mobile i went to a scout then merit badge then tapping on the green assign counselor got the search then the assign which is my screenshot. It has worked multiple times on my phone
On Desktop after I search for a MB, it has a button for “Actions” which has “assign” as the only option. Here I can assign multiple scouts at once to a MBC. On mobile, the Actions button is missing
@JasonKracht - the assign on mobile is showing the pencil and the remove mb actions. So that is the bug. But there is that other method i used which is admittedly slower but works. I do very little in plus on mobile
I have over 40 scouts attempting to link me in scoutbook for merit badges , all emails received to accept merit badge request goes to scoutbook and not Scoutbook plus
I am unable to link or, see or request Merit badges for scouts
my boa is to sign off all earned merit badges scouts have earned
@RonScorese - in order to see the scouts linked to your merit badge you need to select the Merit Badge Counselor role in the upper right in advancements.scouting.org
@RonScorese do you know the process that is being used to add you as MBC? 40 scouts sounds like a whole unit?
Are they going to SB+ and adding you? or are they doing the old Legacy way?

@RonScorese - my gut feeling is that they are using the legacy method. You can add the scouts via the MBC menu in advancements.scouting.org per the help page i linked above
Hello, The merit badges I am a counselor for all migrated from Scoutbook Legacy to Scoutbook Plus and I can see them on my Profile. But none of the scouts I was counseling are showing up now in either Legacy OR Plus (now I can’t even see my MBs in Legacy). It will be difficult for me to add them all manually, as there isn’t a central record of who was assigned to me outside of what was in Scoutbook. Is there some way to retrieve all of the Scouts who were assigned to me? Thanks!
