Hello! I am the Advancement Chair for my Troop and for some reason I am not able to access the “Internet Advancement Roster” page on Scoutbook – it defaults to my Profile page instead. I need to enter service hours for some of the Scouts in my Troop. Please advise. Thank you!
A couple of suggestions to try, in case you haven’t yet, are:
- Private browsing/incognito window and/or clearing cache (there was an IA update recently that might be getting blocked by a cached version)
- Check your registered and functional positions at my.scouting not Scoutbook (IA relies on these positions, typically, not on what’s in Scoutbook)
Did you try clicking the dropdown in the upper right corner to change to your troop?
