Through the online recharter process I tried to send a new adult leader an invitation to submit an online application. Apparently, that was not a good way to do it. The adult leader is new to scouting and thought the application was for her son so she filled out the application for him and paid his dues. He was already registered and we will pay his dues as a pack when we recharter. When I try to remove him I get the error message: Update to prepaid member record is not allowed. What do I do? The erroneous member ID is14820200.
