I have a new adult leader (ID 14705442) who recently completed all required training and fingerprinting. His application has been approved, but while waiting to receive his mandated reporter training certificate, his name automatically got moved to the ‘Removed Members’ tab in the recharter application. When I try to add him back to the pack roster, I get an error message that says “Error Update to prepaid or yearly membership record is not allowed.” I tried reaching the council multiple times but received no response. Applications are due this Friday and I need this issue resolved before I can submit it. Can someone please help? .
MID 14705442 is registered in your pack as a committee member through 9/30/2024.
@KimNguyen If Refresh Roster" doesn’t help, and if you aren’t able to add him back to your roster, then you will need to contact your local council for assistance.
isn’t there a remove in the removed area?
@DonovanMcNeil - I recall it says re-add to charter in the removed members section
I think Kim is trying to add the leader back to the Recharter after the leader was removed.
The process to add back to Recharter is:
- Click on Remove Member tab
- Check the box next to the person you are adding back into the unit
- Click Add to Recharter.
- A pop up box will appear-click Add
But it sounds like Kim is getting an error message.

Was able to get help from council. Seems that because the applicant started in August it created some kind of issue in the system. Thanks for all your responses!
