Accidentally Removed a Scout’s Membership - end date

Similar to the other thread

We accidently put an end date on a Scout while reassigning to another patrol. He is not in the Connections Manager anymore either. Still shows up in Internet advancement roster.

How do we get him back in SB?

@TimothyWilliams1 go to your Account > Your Connections > see if you see Scout there - if so modify the Membership so he is back in unit.

When changing patrols the REASSIGN is a better way to go - Go to patrol you want to add Scout to and click Reassign

Try looking for the Scout by going to:

My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections

It is easier to reassign Scouts by going to the patrol page and using the “Reassign Scout(s)” button.

Thanks. We got it figured out. The person that removed the end date could still see the Scout in the Connections Manager, so he could fix it.

I meant to say SET end date.
