How do I re enter a former Scout with ID that had left the troop in August (relocated)… I did not edit his membership until Monday, and of course the scout and family reappear on Tuesday saying they want to continue with the troop for his Eagle project in several months.
Go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections. If you did not break your connection to the Scout you will find him there. Click on his name and his membership then either start a new membership in your troop or click the old membership and remove the end date. If you remove the end date you may need to edit the membership again to set the Approved check box.
