Accidently transferred a scout from Pack to Troop before updating her AOL requirements to complete

One of my scouts MID # 141939863 was bridged and moved over to the troop before her records were updated to show she completed her AOL rank. I want to make sure her AOL rank is counted.

@JenniferScribner - you could ask the council registrar to enter it

@JenniferScribner if the items are entered with dates in SB+ but not approved - the new troop can record them in their To Approve area
