Account inactive, unable to get fixed for over a year now

Long story, I’ll try to summarize.

I moved from NCAC last year to NEGA. I was a register leader. I have turned in 8 paper adult applications. And have had 2 different units pay for my renewal (once last August, and again last month). No one at the council level had been able to explain why, other than their registrar retired and there is a backlog. I have not been able to volunteer as a leader for over a year now. It’s super frustrating. NEGA days they have a ticket in with national, but that was weeks ago. I believe one issue is I can see 2 accounts for me connected to my kids. Both appear to have the same username and email. But the profile picture is different.

@RandyMorris it kind of looks like the Background check has not been processed for NEGA

I cleaned up the 2 SB Users - but that would have done nothing on the registration issue

For over a year? What’s the normal turnaround? Is that also why I have 2 accounts showing up in SB?

No CBC take 2 weeks or so is all - but looking at the National tickets I think it is the CBCs - council needs to send it back in or perhaps there is a way they can check on it
