Active scout not showing on SB+ Roster

I have a scout that shows up on our roster in my.scouting.org but does not show on our roster in SB+ or SB Legacy. He is current and paid through 12/31/2026.

I reached to my local council and they were of no help.

@RaymondCarnley I have requested a position sync. The Scout should be back on your roster within 24 hours.

I have two Scouts not showing in my SB+ Roster but are on my My.Scouting.org roster.

Adventure West Council
Troop 12
ID: 140280397 (Dual enrolled with Troop 96 and Troop 12)
ID: 142151210 (New Scout to Troop 12)

@AshleyDoebbeling the first one has been removed by 2 different unit leaders in the past - you should probably all to use SB+ and not Legacy - I set up a sync.
The second one looks fine - should be in unassigned in roster
