Active Scouts Dropped from Scoutbook

On Monday, 12/1/25 I was working on advancements for my den and all my scouts were in SB (8 total). After our den meeting that night, I went back into SB to record advancements and 4 of my scouts were gone from SB completely. Not in our den, not in the roster, the parents no longer in the message section. I reached out to the parents and they confirmed they paid their BSA dues. One scout is a transfer from another council but the other three all joined last year and met the requirements to move up. Is this a glitch or do the parents need to re-register or check their accounts? If I don’t tell the parents what to do exactly they won’t do anything

Thanks for any insight.

@KarenLadymon- do you mean advancements.scouting.org ? You can try to reset the filters

@KarenLadymon you can post a Scout Member # (no names) and we can look. Likely in SB+ you need to reset your filters.

I forgot to mention the parents don’t see their kids in Scoutbook either so they can’t add their advancements either. It’s nothing to do with filters. We have a roster of all 85+ kids alphabetically or by den and these 4 kids are gone. We also have the messaging tab in SB legacy where all the adults are listed alphabetically and the parents are now missing as well.

@KarenLadymon Please post the member ID numbers for the Scouts, and someone will take a look.

(No names, please)

@KarenLadymon a Key3 should first look for the scouts at my.scouting.org > unit > Roster - it kind of sounds like they are not registered
