New scouts vanished from scoutbook

Hi, last week 2 new scouts (from the same family) joined our pack. In scoutbook after their application was approved they showed up as new scouts, and I assigned them to the correct dens, and everything looked fine. Today i noticed that both scouts are just gone from scoutbook completely, like they never existed.

if I look in the my.scouting.org organization manager, both scouts show up. Any idea what happened here? or how to get them back in scoutbook?

It looks like the parent may have ended their pack membership by mistake. I am requesting a resync with my.scouting. They should be back in the pack after 6pm CT tonight.
