Active troop subscription - Reactivate

Hi All,

My scoutbook account say that I’m not part of an “active troop subscription”. How do I fix that? Do I check with our troop admin? If I don’t have access to reach the admin via the scoutbook website, how to I reach out to our admin? Seems like a catch-22. It appears my son’s account doesn’t seem to be up to date either (no advancement tracking showing).

My dues are paid. I’m not sure how to fix this issue. Please help. Thanks!

Your son was not rechartered for 2022. I would talk to your troop committee chair if you believe a mistake was made.

Yes, that makes sense. We’re all paid up for 2022, just need to have the account updated. Thanks
