I’m trying to run an Activities Summary Report on Scoutbook Plus. I select all our Scouts, select a TO-FROM time period and select RUN REPORT, but the report never completes, just a spinning wheel. Other reports, like Advancement History, and Advancement Report work.
@DouglasHowe have you tried in Legacy Scoutbook? not all reports ar 100% yet in SB+
I have tried legacy Scoutbook, but it only seems that you can sort by Scout. What I was hoping for was a sort by activity with a list of all the participants at that activity. I thought I read online that the activities report on Scoutbook Plus would sort that way, but unfortunately, the report never finishes.

No the way to do that would be to go to the activity log (or calendar event if it is linked) - then you could see those listed in one place
it is an interesting question though - using the CSV export you could get it
Yes, a CSV export theoretically has all the data. Would take some manipulation to get it sorted the way I want it. Maybe I can develop a macro to do it. Hopefully when Scoutbook plus gets finished it will have it built in.
