An issue is preventing users from adding participants from existing activity logs. The workaround is to create new activities using the procedure below. The developers are aware of the issue and are working on a fix.
- On the roster select youth & modify filter for adults - select those needed
- Click on Record Progress
- Select type of activity
- Select date
- Click create event
- enter the details and save
