I’m trying to run activity reports for the scouts involved in our upcoming Eagle Court of Honor. Several of them have turned 18 and did not renew their membership (they are having a large ECOH and were waiting on a few younger scouts). When I run the activity logs, I de-select the Current Member only option and I see several of our scouts that have aged out. But there are four that I’m not getting anything on the report. I have an older report from 2024 so I know they had things logged.

Is there anyone that can see the “back-end” of Scoutbook that could see if they can find their reports? BSA IDs 130612496, 132781106, 132844132, 137266500

Are you entering start end dates? the activities might be outside that date range

Yes, I went all the way back to a year before they started just to be sure.

You can post the REF# of the report you think they are missing on.

Or you can use the Scout History report for the info.

I found that I can run their individual report if I know their BSA ID number by selecting “Activity Log Report By MemberID.” They just don’t show up on the report that shows the whole troop.
