Which roster are they appearing on: the one in Scoutbook or the one at my.scouting? What is their registered position listed in the roster at my.scouting?
How long ago did they appear on the official roster at my.scouting as a registered scouter? Iām wondering if the issue is possibly related to the registration processing/sync issues that have been noted in the forums recently.
Yeah she is not a registered leader - she needs to register

Thanks. We have been working with registrar for months to process application. Will continue to make phone calls.
