I’m having an issue adding a parent to her Cub Scout’s connections. She has a Troop scout that she has a working connection with, but I cannot add her to the Pack connections either by invitation or by search.
@RyanOReilly - she can connect herself to the scout with the BSA ID

The path for the parent to get to what Stephen showed is:
Scoutbook → My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → My Connections
and it’s right at the top of the page.
