Adding parent connection to 2 cub scouts

Hello,

I’m not able to add a parent connection to a sibling. The parent shows up correctly for the first Cub Scout, 1278269, but I can’t add them to the second, UID 12782700.

Additionally, I suspect that the parent email has been connected to one (or both) of the Cub Scouts.

Can someone here help me straighten this out?

There is a problem with the connection search for parents right now, but there is a workaround:

As a Pack Admin, go to the Connections Manager in Scoutbook, and add the adult as a connection to the Scout in the grid.

Then, go to the Scout’s Connections page in Scoutbook, click on the adult’s name, and then update the connection type to “parent / guardian”.
