I’m a parent to a new Scout and previously set up his my.scouting profile (Member ID: 14400930). I’ve since volunteered to be his Den’s Den Leader and need to get myself on the same username.
I tried going to Manage Member ID and entered our Council and my Member ID (14400931), but when I try adding the new Member ID I get the following error message:
“The provided Member ID does not match the existing user profile.”
I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green dot with a number 1 > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
