I have leaders reporting that the “Add New Member” and “Search from Existing Member” function in Recharter will find a Lion or Tiger Adult, because they have an assigned member id, but when they go to submit an error pops up that says “Adult doesn’t have a SSI”. This is true, because its not needed for parents. My question is, if they do “Add New Member” and then select “Add new” then wouldn’t it create a duplicate member ID? And we want to avoid that.
