Adding an award back to needs purchasing

Hi there.
I volunteered to purchase this months advancement and awards. I printed the Purchase report and took it to the scout store. They had everything we needed expect for one Outdoor activity Award Pin.

Is there a way to add this back to the needs Purchasing so this pin can be purchased in the next order?

You can delete that Purchase Order (PO), then create a new PO with only the items that you purchased on it, then close the PO. Then create a new PO with any items that you were unable to purchase.

Another option is to just add the item that you were unable to purchase in the “Notes” section of the PO.
