I can’t seem to send an ASAP Reminder to a calendar event I created a week ago. I was waiting to add a specific link before sending out immediately to the Pack. Now when update the reminders nothing will save. Help!
We need to know exactly what is happening. Are you getting an error message when you try to save the event? There was an update released today that fixes an error saving events.
I click on the event in the calendar, click edit event, scroll down to reminders and click “add reminder”, select “send ASAP” from the drop down, scroll back up and click “Save Event”. The spinning dots appear for about 4 minutes and then an “error” message appears in a red box. Nothing saves and I stay on the same screen for edits.
Does this still happen today? Is it happening with every event? If it is just one event, I will need the event name and date to report to the developers.
Yes, still happening today. Just tried it. The event is: “Pack 700: Combined Pack Meeting & Camping Kickoff” and I have both “Camping” and “Unit Meeting” selected for Event type. Dates are 9/12/25 start and 9/13/25 end. Start time is 5:00 pm and end time is 11:00 am.
I have not tried with any other event yet.
@AlexandraBrowne have you tried opening an Incognito or Private window in browser to try it in?
