Adding Email to Parent indicates email already in use

We have a parent who when I add her email address to Scoutbook it indicates the email address is already in use. When she logs into my.scouting.org with the same userid and password it shows that email address as associated to her my.scouting.org account. Her sons moved councils recently so not sure if that is causing an issue.

The parent name is Heather Larsen (Mecklenburg Council) BSA Member ID: 13831203 and Scoutbook Userid: 12321930.

She has multiple Scoutbook IDs. It will take me a few minutes to fix the problem.

Can they be merged? She was a Merit Badge Counsilor and I would hate to see her connections all lost.

The accounts are merged. She needs to log in with her my.scouting.org username which is the portion of her e-mail address before the first dot

Note she is not currently registered in any position.

Thanks so much, I believe all her positions lapsed when her sons moved councils.
