I have a scout (BSA ID 13403852) who had a parent listed twice in Scoutbook – one with BSA ID 13403853 and a changeyouremail@scoutbook.com address, and the other with his correct e-mail address and no BSA ID (UserID 10257120). Can these be merged into the first one and the e-mail address updated? He is unable to update it because it says his e-mail address is already in use.
