I am trying to add a leader to our Pack, but the search results always end with “no record found satisfies that search criteria”, regardless of if I am searching by BSA id, email, or name. I know a record exists because he is linked with his Lion and Tiger. Would appreciate any advice!
Post the BSA Member ID (no names) and we will see if the number is registered.

This BSA member number is associated with an adult who is not a registered leader.
@RebeccaLanglois_Warn - it is not a bug that the system can not find someone who is not a registered adult. Being a lion or tiger adult partner is not a registered adult. I think greater awareness of the BSA policy on adult registered leaders and perhaps better training may reduce the volume of “bug” posts where there is no bug.
