Cannot add leader with existing BSA ID# and YPT completed

Hi -

I am trying to add an adult leader to my Pack who has an existing BSA ID# (137160766) and completed YPT for her role in another unit. When I look her up by name and ID# (as printed on the YPT certificate) I get a “no record found that satisfies the search criteria” message.

Any suggestions as to what might be going on here?



This individual is not a registered leader. An adult application, either online or on paper, must be completed. About 24 hours after the individual is registered they will appear on your Scoutbook roster.
