Unable to add new leader

I have the BSA number for a new Den Leader and I’m unable to add her to our pack. The error message says no record found. Please advise.

Shes not registered as a Leader @KevinLuke most likely - what is the BSA #?

I do not see a leader registration for the user - have they filled out an adult application and background check? @KevinLuke
