Adding the hiking activities into file

Hi, I’m Stefan Hastings mom. We did the “Billy Goat Trail Hike” back in November 19th and we did the “Frostbite Hike” this month. I have been having difficulty including the hicks into Stefan’s file. every time I click submit I get a message saying that I do not have the access to enter the information. Can anybody enter the activities for Stefan please.
