A parent of a registered scout submitted a paper application and completed YPT online but before the paper application was processed, the adult’s name appeared on the leader roster added by “AkelaSBDeltaSyncInsert”. They did not appear in my.scouting.org. Council verified that they had not yet processed the application.

it has been processed - it is in the system - looks like maybe Wednesday it was added but Council still might need to do one more thing - as it is not 100% official yet - it is like a recharter that was entered but not finalized yet
